Open Call

From the 20th of July to the 14th of September, companies will be able to present their projects through the official application form. To complete and submit the application form, one of the members of the startup must sign up on this platform using his or her personal details.

Selection Process

September - October: Expert evaluators will review each application to select the startups that fit best in terms of sector, readiness level, and potential to disrupt the industry.

Jury Day

October 2021: Up to 20 startups will be invited to an online event to showcase their products and compete to enter the next stage.

Bootcamp Training

November 2021: Up to 10 startups will be invited to attend the bootcamp training, an immersive and intensive two week-long learning experience.

Mentor match-making

November 2021: Up to 5 startups will be paired with carefully selected experts to help them during the acceleration program.

Delocalized acceleration program

December 2021 - May 2022: During 6 months, the final selected startups will receive the support of ISDI and Toyota throughout the whole program.

Demo Day

May 2022: An end of program event where the accelerated startups will pitch in front of top Investors, Toyota and ISDI executives and media

To ensure nobody is left behind we are developing inclusive solutions to provide any means of moving to anyone, anywhere, we are calling for Start-ups with innovative micro mobility assistance solutions that improve the lives of less abled people

CARBON NEUTRAL

To go Beyond Zero we need solutions to reverse the CO2 gap and reach Carbon Neutral society. To achieve this, carbon capture & re-use is required, that’s why we are calling for start-ups innovating in the area of carbon capture, utilisation (chemicals, fuels, minerals) and storage techniques

CIRCULAR ECONOMY OF PLASTICS

To help solve societal concerns on plastic waste Toyota Motor Europe would like to promote initiatives to reduce virgin material use and increase circular economy solutions in order to achieve this goal we are calling for startups innovating & developing solutions to repair, reuse and recycle plastic materials & components for circular business models

LIFE CYCLE FOOTPRINT ECOSYSTEM

It is essential for individuals to become more aware of the climate impact of products throughout the life cycle and product suppliers need more efficient and accurate assessment tools. In this vertical we are looking for Start-ups who are creating Life Cycle Assessment tools helping product suppliers deliver accurate and up to date solutions for customers to become more aware of their footprint and daily product choices
